Hi! My name is Alyce and I'm looking for my furever home. A little bit about me... I was found on the street and taken to a shelter that uses gas (enough said.) The rescue ladies kicked into action and now I'm at my foster's house. I am a wirehaired JRT, about 9 months old, weigh 12 pounds and stand about 12 inches at my shoulders. I have been spayed, vetted and am receiving monthly preventative meds for flea/tick and heartworms. I get along well with all the other dogs I've met; my foster siblings include a 125 lb male alaskan malamute and a 10 lb female norfolk terrier. Oh, and we just got another foster JRT here, but more about her later. I don't know much about cats at all. I LOVE to play fetch and can easily jump into your arms while you are standing to give you kisses. I am crate trained and about 85 percent housebroken (sometimes I get distracted...) and I know some basic commands (sit, stay, my name). My foster family loves me, and knows that there is a family out there to call my own. Maybe a family of runners, or someone that wants a FlyBall or agility training dog! Please contact my foster mom at aziza.clark@yahoo.com for more information or to arrange a play date. There is a $200 adoption fee (to cover some of the vet expenses incurred to date) and you must complete the adoption application. Remember my name is Alyce with a Y.
