We've lost a small wire haired parsons/jack russell terrier on I-95 near exit 173. She ran from a car accident on 11.16.09. May be injured.

Answers to ANGEL or ANGIE-DOGGIE.
Female, wearing blue collar with little white designs on it, blue tag. 10-12 pounds. White with brown around ears and base of tail. Possible sighting 11.18.09 at Becker Dr and Rubber Path Rd in Weldon/Roanoke Rapids NC. Another possible sighting at 5th and Washington St Roanoke rapids NC on 11.24.09
